The garments are hand-sewn; some robes are also hand-beaded. The fur is real but recycled. NO TWO SANTAS ARE ALIKE. Individualized "back-packs" and miniature accoutrements adorn each piece. Each beard is styled to complement the overall look. The face and hands are porcelain; the eyes are hand-painted. Each detail is attended to with painstaking care, creativity and workmanship.
